SPF Installer Certification Decision - Complaint Process
In some instances, certification status is not granted to installers. If certification status is not granted, the candidate will be notified. All complaints received related to certification decision must be submitted in writing. The Caliber QAP is responsible for management, oversight and follow-up. Any formal complaints will be reviewed and a written response issued. If the installer is not satisfied with the resolution, they may follow the appeal outlined in the SPF Installer Handbook.
